Koch Industries has posted a facsimile of ASME's April 21 letter as well as Mark Holden's reply, which "clarified [Koch Industries'] intentions" in writing to ASME regarding the nomination of Jane Mayer's New Yorker story "Covert Operations" for the National Magazine Award for Reporting.
